Plus unless you live in a shoe box, you can't really hear mowers. Poor lazies are the ones who complain if it's before 9.

Yard crews are cutting at 7 without hesitation so just start cutting and don't worry about it.
By 930, it stupid hot so I see no issue with starting at 7

I told the illegal anytime he wants to cut my grass is fine with me. Whatever works for him. I always tip him extra because he does a great job.

I'm a heavy sleeper... you could cut at 4 AM and IDGAF.
