Currently watching a youtube video, and the person being interviewed says "right?" at the end of all of their own sentences.

This video - 2 genders, change my mind

As in, not really asking if the statement is right, but kind of like inferring that they're teaching you something that you can't comprehend? Idk, I can't really explain it but it triggers the hell out of me.

Also, yes I know, this thread is pretentious as hell. But other examples

Didn’t watch the video but it usually is obnoxious because some does it since they can’t provide sufficient points and have to urge agreement because they aren’t sure they’re actually right themselves and need reassurance

When someone is finished explaining something to you then they say "does that make sense?" in a "i am right" tone
