I remember my first year at UGA. After I told them where I was from...

"Do you know so and so?".

On the one hand they're just trying to make polite conversation.

On the other hand, they (females exclusively) are "thinning "the herd searching for a mate.

^Is this a sexist statement? You bet it is.

Where could I go with such insight, such knowledge of the female psych. Their reasoning, motivations and end game. Their plasticity, their narcissism and vanity.

I've been married to the nicest woman I ever met for almost 40 years. I still love her and always will.

I told my gf that she sounded pretentious saying the word "tapestry" the other day.

She said, "Well, what do you think a non-pretentious person should call it?"

"Wall carpet."

I finished it and now I’m really scared for our society. She literally told him she was offended and triggered.

All I could do was shake my head once the interview was over.

Just to completely derail this, I'll tell you outside of a pitbull thread that I'm not always thrilled that I have one. He came to me and my gf by virtue of a rescue and we kept him. But now that he is fully healthy, he is a fricking beast and if I don't keep him close he could screw something up. But I love him too much now to get rid of him, so i'll just keep him on a short leash til he passes, then I might not get another

i'm also about to get a muzzle for him so I can take him places without worrying

You seem like a good dude and a responsible pit owner.

Doesn’t change the fact that they are killers.

I can't really disagree. The dude we have is probably 95 pounds and his prey drive is so intense that it's scary but also impressive. He is certainly an animal killer, but I'm not gonna let him hurt anything. Although, I let him loose on an armadillo that my retriever found the other day. That was interesting haha
