I would likely just get a 2018 version of my current car, Mercedes C300.

I would be tempted for the Mercedes C43 AMG. It’s starting in the low $50s so it isn’t too much more than a well-designed C300.

(In no particular order):

4Runnner
Accord
Various MBs
Volvo XC90
Various Porsches

All OK, I’m personally partial to Lexus, on #3 with wonderful historical results.
