I’m grandfathered into a Spotify + Hulu bundle so I doubt I ever switch.
Same
I'm also growing accustomed the the Spotify AI where it builds playlists for me based upon my listening history and whatever mood/genre I type in. I had to mow the lawn this weekend, so typed in Yardwork and Spotify created a Yardwork Mix for me.
The weekly Discover Weekly and Release Radar playlists have been great and have introduced me to so many artists over the years, too.

YouTube Music.
Main reason I use it is because it also includes the ad free YouTube subscription. As much YouTube as my kids watch, they'd lose their minds if they had to watch commercials.
1st world problem.

Apple
ETA:
I’ve got SiriusXM too
Probably one of the few subscribers who have 36 (Alt Nation) and 61 (Willie’s Roadhouse) as their two favorite channels. 18 (Beatles) in third place.

YouTube music. 13.99 and you get ad free YouTube plus ad free YouTube music. Same price as the other streaming services with way more benefits

Sirius XM.
I pull off the side of the road to stream when necessary.

Spotify and Pandora.
I prefer Pandora for the gym. Set a station and let it do its thing. Pandora is great for music discovery as well.

I told my nephew that if my ex-wife realized I was still on her Spotify premium account, I would do a premium account and put them both on it. After nearly 16 months of divorce, I got he email saying I was no longer on her Spotify premium account. Instead of Spotify premium, I tried out Apple Music 100% tilt and I like it just as much.
So I bumped my single up to Apple One family plan and put them on that.

Have been using Spotify for many, many years. Won't ever switch
I have been with em since 2011 and I ALMOST switched a couple years ago when them MFers couldn't explain why suddenly my music would stop playing a few seconds after the screen went to sleep.
It fixed itself after a week or so of unistalling and reinstalling the whole app and downloading all my music.
Spotify for $17 a month family plan is the most undervalued service i use. The price could double tomorrow and I wouldn't give a shite.
my entire familiy and the FIL use the 6 slots on the family account. that's an insane value if you think about it. 6 people have unlimited downloads/custom playlists/etc for under $20 a month.
My youngest gets complimented all the time at school events and sports things when someone finds out she has Spotify premium with NO commercials. The kids are shocked that she can make a custom playlist to workout/practice/warmup to. And these are rich kids who I guess don't realize what's available to them.
All the big name services are great but I'm sticking with Spotify until something changes my mind. .

I just listen to AM and FM radio these days.

Spotify is the best. Curated playlists are spot on. If you play one song you like, it will go from there in a Recommended for you" rabbit hole where you can find similar artists. Podcast lost Ning is easy and intuitive. Plus premium gives you access as to audio books.

My Spotify doesn’t curate playlists well for me. Just plays ‘liked songs’ on repeat. I may have my settings jacked up though
I find that Pandora does a better job for that by using the Stations / crowd faves feature.
I do like that on Spotify I can listen to a specific song anytime though.
I use them both about the same amount of time.

If it's not the radio it's nothing.

quote:I have premium and after falling asleep with an audio book playing one night, I tried to pick back up the next day, and got a message that I'd exceeded my monthly hours. It was the first audio book I tried to listen to on there and couldn't have used more than 8-10 hours. I just ended up buying it from audible.

YouTube music.
Tried this for a week. Got annoyed because my YTM playlists were showing up on YT, and via versa.
Apple Music now and it’s pretty great.
