Navis have been used by pilots as calculators to determine fuel burn, average speed, and navigation timing since the early 50s

I owned a Rolex decades ago. Some neighbors kids broke into my home and stole it, my college class ring, and a box of coins.

Absolutely correct, but with modern flight computers, and “glass cockpits”, not much need. Even GA pilots with DME, much less GPS, pilot calculations have become much easier…

One that does a hell of lot more than just tell time. Like doubles as a full blown dive computer, lets me know if my heart has an arrhythmia, make phone calls, check my stock portfolio, lock my car door remotely, and lets me text via satellite If I drift out in current while scuba diving in the middle of nowhere.
