What LE agency is actually decent in Louisiana?

I watched Black and Blue in theaters. Nopd seems terrible . Why didn't FBI investigate? Or State police. I know BRPD and Ebrso have all kinds of issues. Livingston parish good God.
What agency swings the biggest dick? But what agency is actually decent and not corrupt ? The airport police ?

First of all, it's a movie.
Second of all, it isn't real.
Third of all, they may dress similarly and be in New Orleans, but it is not representative of the New Orleans Police Department.

I know some really decent dudes in LSP. The Acadia Parish SO was jam up years ago too. Can't speak to it recently though.

LE agencies are like every other company out there. They have good, bad, incompetent and exceptional among their ranks.
People are people. Whether they carry the title cop, plant baw, engineer, trash collector, etc. that doesn't change who they are at their core.

BRPD will actually victim blame the person calling in for assistance. You can give them surveillance footage to include the license plate of the perp breaking into a residence and they’ll hand you a small folding card with the case number and you’ll never hear from them again.
