Art Direction for Film/TV. Supervise the building and dressing of all sets.
Every job is unique ... and spread out from Cleveland to Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand to Southern California.
Each project pays at least six figures and I try for two a year, which gives me a few months off. Also pension, healthcare and a 401K.
Best part is no set hours, no on set drudgery and new people most every job.
Last job was a very popular show set in Thailand, so yes I love it.

Retired, but decided to get my real estate license 6 years ago as a getting ready to retire and maybe do part time after career.
Made enough in 5 years to pay for a lotta golf. Still getting paid from referrals from previous clients I’m sending on to one of the agents in my firm that’s active.
If you work hard, work smart and give a damn about your clients it comes across and they remember you. It’s not something i suggest anyone get into unless they both have a good plan, an experienced broker AND the ability to survive 6 months with no income. If you don’t set up right at the start, you’ll probably fail.

Maintenance at a plant. Love it. Been in maintenance my whole career. Once I’m tired of this, I’ll go to the islands and teach scuba full time then.

Pharmaceutical sales for 34 years. Loved it for the first 30 years until the computer and MBA teams started running the show. Retired and happy to have a pension and to have participated in a great 401k.
