My T was 230 a few years ago. Started taking TRT and much better. I’m very active at work, climbing, walking, lifting. So that is most of my exercise. Drink water all day and only drink alcohol on weekends (mostly). Pretty much eat whatever I want but I eat a bunch of fruit anyway. ...

I’ve been divorced for about 5 years now. Had a few girlfriends through the years. I’m 50 and totally enjoying life. My cousin who has never married (came close once) told me one day that “I don’t have a problem with getting married, I just have not found one to act right yet”. ...

I had both done in June, 2022 when I was 49. I wish I had done it years earlier. Recovery was fine. Stayed at OLOL for almost 2 weeks for therapy and care. Then went home and started PT a few days later. ...
