I think these type of men lack testosterone production
He is fat because of what he is eating not because he exercises too little or plays games.
Unless he is just sitting around the gym and hour per day is decent. I play games but not on any regular schedule(average 6- 8 hours per week...more during summer) but it doesnt interfere with any responsibilities or family time. When it does..like any hobby...its a problem.

If he said he got home, spent 1 hour on TD, FB, checking his email, then spent 1 hour watching a show on TV, would you think the same of him? Because the 2 are no different.

WOW is another job at max level. As for more general video games, the amount that they can test your reflexes and your mental facets is amazing. I’m sure that as VR becomes more in depth to the point that physical movement can completely replace a controller that it will be a premier way to train your body in all sorts of things. They are made for competition or puzzle solving, much like physical games like football or solitaire.

I enjoy video games.. have my entire life (I'm 32). It's better than just sitting in front of a TV not interacting in any way. At least with video games you develop some sort of skill. People get paid to play games these days. Still playing Overwatch religiously.. I have 1,000 hours in that game exactly since it launched May 23, 2016.

Completely different things. There are things that are legal that I Personally find reprehensible (who the hell orders a steak well done?) and things that are illegal that, as long as you are doing them in the privacy of your home, shouldn’t be anyone else’s business.

I play CSGO 2-3 hours a day. I also make time to work out 6-7 hours a week.
