1. 50 minutes a day to work out is PLENTY
2. The work out time isn't the issue; it's what he's putting into his body the other 23 hours and 10 minutes.

How many people do you think spend 2+ hours a day watching trash TV? I would assume the vast majority of the population spends at least 2 hours watching TV every night. It's basically the same thing, IMO.
