400k. Weird since I just bought it 2 weeks ago for 380k. That was some fast appreciation

In February I bought my house for $229K, after it appraised for $249K
Should have sold it immiediately but I love my house and love my neighborhood

I don't believe the value listed on zillow. I think it is about 15% less than zillow says.

Paid 200k 3 years ago and now Zillow has it worth 350k. Location location location

It's accurate for my house. Pretty much dead on. It was 10% below on my rental house when I sold it.

Zillow's comps are terrible.

I am pissed. They have mine worth way less than what it really is worth. They have my house worth $2,750,000.

Zillow sucks.
Realtor.com is a much better site

I find a difference of 20k pretty accurate on Zillow's part.

Just had my house appraised for a refinance and the zestimate was 2700 lower than the appraisal.

Zillow says it is worth 3 times more than we paid.
Our house is odd because it hasn't been on the market in 80 years. It has historical value due to its unique construction using an antique railcar.
Zillow has it listed as an empty lot that is valued at 3 times what we paid for it. Once we restore the house and its historic feature, it will be one of those unique homes that defies conventional appraisals.
The sellers have told us to expect strangers to come to the door wanting to buy it simply because of the antique railcar running thru the house. We could sell it right now for more than we paid.
But we will never sell. The owners gave us such a great deal on it because they knew i was so in love with it.

$603k. I paid $200k for it 17 years ago. I think that 600k is too high....more like $400k is realistic.

I haven't checked in a while until this thread, and Zillow has it $122K more than I paid 7 years ago. Maybe I should move?
