I install drop-in ranges. It only pays $22 per hour, but those drop-in range guys are high rollers. A $1,000 tip is certainly not unheard of. I'm thinking of bringing on an apprentice, but it's hard finding youngsters nowadays with a real talent for the craft of lifting a range over a finished pressboard lip to give a more custom look. Most of them just use DoorDash or microwave something.

I don't have an accurate way to figure out my actual hours worked, so I can't help you. I make a shitload of money though

Salary. But it equates to around 72 an hour

But that doesn't include my car allowance. They pay my cell phone bill and 10-15% bonus each month based on company performance. And we killing it right now
