What is your best cure for burps?

I’ve been meeting with clients all day and I have the most embarrassing case of the burps. I don’t know what the hell I ate or drank that is causing this. Any recommendations would be gratefully accepted.

Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) and water
About a half a teaspoon in 6 oz of water on the rocks
