I have to agree. Plenty of people with tats on their faces and necks and trashy flip flops, etc.
But sometimes there are some people in there that aren't remotely trashy. They look clean and nicely dressed.
OTOH the Walmart Markets seem to cater to an entirely different clientele. I've never seen anyone that looked trashy or redneck in that store.
I go there the most often.

Freeport IL, the store itself is not that bad, but it filled with customers that are 99.999% white, dressed in hip-hop garb, flat billed hats, with no shortage of neck tattoos even on the girls, and they all look dirty.
