The two worst that I have been to are Lafayette North and Memphis, Tenn by Graceland.

This is the Walmart where the EBT system broke down so there was no limit on what you could buy with your EBT card (some tried to buy tv's and may have accomplished it). The clerks called their friends and the store soon reached legal capacity. Huge lines as shopping carts piled full of food and merchandise were checked out (and no self-service at that time). Then, the system starts working so all the "shoppers" abandoned their carts in place and left.

Jackson Ave/ Austin Peay HWy, Memphis TN. No self checkouts and 90% of the customers were food stamp or WIC families. You were always garunteed to stand in line for 30 min if you went in.
