This isn't about kids, but those things are not as expensive as you would think.

My wife (Irish) has 24 first cousins, that's just on her father's side.

Having cash doesn’t mean you’re morally righteous to do this. Those kids won’t get the attention they deserve and will become plagues upon society. If everyone did this, then we’d be fricked as a species. Having more than 5 kids in this current environment is morally deplorable.

Who the f are you to judge? I know multiple people who have 8, 9, 10+ siblings and everyone of them are successful. I also know multiple people around my age (late 30s) who have 6 + kids and all of them are well behaved and well adjusted

Yeah, absolute lies. You’re talking out of your arse. Sorry if you think every sperm is sacred as a Catholic, but once you can’t fit a family into a Suburban, then you’re a selfish a-hole plaguing society. I absolutely judge people for having a disturbingly large family.

Yeah, sure, and I’ve invented fission reaction. At least one kid is going to be heavily fricked up in a 6 kid or more household. You’re a selfish twat if you have more than 5 kids.

I don't know if he is lying or not, but I don't think I know anyone between 30-50 years old who has more than 4 kids..

Well, a house in my neighborhood is owned by the Baptist church and the preacher and his family stay there on the weekends... And he has 7 kids and he is in his mid 30s

Oh wait... I have a cousin who has 5 kids.. from 3 different men, I don't really keep in touch with that side of the family.

One of my good friends, when he and his wife married, they planned on having four kids. After their second one, they decided to four would be a lot to handle so they did have a third child and then took proper steps to not have another.

I just can't see wanting to have more than 2 or 3 kids.. There are people who want more and as long as they do it responsibly I don't care, but in today's world it just seems unreasonable.

My former boss had around 8 or 9 siblings. The oldest two were serving in Vietnam when the youngest was born. By the time they were finished serving the third sibling was off in college. So, to this day, there was only one occasion in the history of the family where all the siblings were under the same roof at the same time. It was for their father’s 70th birthday and they started planning 2 years in advance. They took a bunch of photos then chose the one they liked best and destroyed the negatives of all the others so that there is only one photo in existence with all of the family in it. I found that fascinating.

Well not everyone is doing it because people have a choice and if they can afford to have 10 kids then it’s really none of your damn business

You apparently don’t live in South LA if you think it’s impossible to raise 6+ successful children

My cousin has 8 kids. Seven are with his wife. One is from his younger days. His oldest daughter does live with them though.

It is my damn business because what if those 10 kids have 10 kids, and all of them have 10 kids, and then their kids have 10 kids? That’s 1,000 kids from 2 people. That is a crisis that can’t sustain itself. It will lead to societal collapse, and I can call them out for being morally deplorable contributing to the downfall of society. I judge these people and rightfully so.

Listen you Catholic, I’m still right even if I don’t live there. There’s no way you can raise 9 kids appropriately. You’re just pissed off because that is how you were born.

My SO is the youngest of 12. Catholics from the Phillipines. Her brother still lives in that little house. I visited there 2 years ago and I would have run away if I had to live there with 12 siblings.

My mom was the 2nd of 5, but the house was big enough.
