No, Flair's the greatest ever.

Trips IMO is #2, HBK is a close 3rd

I was devastated the whole week after Yokozuna did this to Hacksaw Jim Duggan:

Flair was the best heel.
Hogan turning heel was the most shocking.
Stone cold was the most fun.

The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers’ heel run is sadly somewhat forgotten and underrated.

Their theme music, “All-American Boys,” was a real banger. They were trolling fans before trolling was cool.

Andre The Giant was pretty 'shocking' He was near the end of his life and his health was failing him badly though.

Randy Orton was one of the best heels.

Ted DiBiase with Million Dollar Man gimmick was pretty slick.

Triple HHH was up there.

Roddy Piper was one of the best.

Big Cat Ernie Ladd was pretty good. IDK if he ever was in the WWF/WWE.

Kurt 'Mr Perfect' Henning gets an honorable mention.

Bobby "The Brain' Heenan was hilarious with his humanoids insults.

The best heel in WWF/WWE was none other that Vince McMahon.
Stone Cold and Vince were golden.

McMahon’s daughter being secretly evil the whole time despite having been drugged, kidnapped, and married against her will.

My Dad was friends with Ted Debaise. Really nice guy in real life but Ric Flair was the greatest heel in wrestling history. He saved my Dads arse in a bar fight once. (My Dad was 6’2” and 240 and built like a wrestler. ) Some guy at bar in Memphis or Tupelo was ruthlessly fricking with this guy but he left and guy went to bathroom or something and my dad got in his chair Then the guy came back and tried to sucker punch my dad with brass knuckles, but Ted saw him and intervened or something and my dad was about to stomp his arse and Ted told him what happened etc and they become buddies. My dad loved Ric Flair though but I think he meet him once or twice with Ted. They were all alcoholics.

I always liked Rowdy Roddy Piper personally. He was evil with a good mix of funny. Plus he was awesome in They Live which is an awesome cult sci fi movie. He has the great line, “I came her to Chew gum and kick arse and I am all out of bubble gum.”
