What is the funniest thing you've witnessed on a golf course?

We had a group who kept hitting into us after we offered several times for them to play through. Their leader was notorious @ LSU golf course and the men's basketball program. We were probably 12/13, so finally, after they hit into us for a 4th time, my buddy took a shite in the final hole and we hid nearby. The sight of watching the first victim yank his hand out of the cup, flinging shite all of the green was priceless, his partners were rolling on the green as well.

macho teenaged boys who talked a good game, in a match set up by bragging by the pool,
at my parents' (therefore mine too) club being outplayed by a girl.
Girl got golf scholarship to Vanderbilt.
I just walked behind it all smoking a cig, and marveled.
I had not yet tamed my driver, so I had no pretense to being even avg.

Not much, so this will be lame. My BIL hit a drive on 18 at Ellic CC so low that the ball hit the forward tee marker and bounced back into 17 fairway. First, it was funny to see the whole group hit the deck AFTER the ball was past us. Then, he's now on his second shot about 50 yards farther out than the tee box.

Not a thing that I saw myself, but this is the funniest story. Go to 24:45 of episode 9. This is my friends podcast (2 chicks, where they talk about sports and dating, and bring hot takes on usually erroneous information). But the story had me laughing out loud at work yesterday.

Saw KR throw a 7 iron at the cart from 10's tee at LSU and almost kill BeaverPRO

Saw a juice head beat up three drunk guys in their mid 40s. It was like a movie, they came at him one at a time. He would drop one, then the other would come. He would drop that one, then the third would come at him. Each guy got taken down twice before they stopped. Nothing like playing golf in Carencro, LA

Saw Nick Saban Jr. in HS drive a golf cart at LSU into the giant concrete ditch.
I saw him after our round in the pro shop and he didn't seem to be in any trouble. Wonder why...

A few years ago the day before one of my BIL's wedding, I decided to let my other BIL (age 9 at the time) drive the cart from the 18th tee box. Long story short, the wheel was slightly turned, he mashed the gas, and he ran us straight into the ball washer. Almost uprooted the thing He got so embarrassed, I almost felt bad while I was laughing. Luckily, no one saw, so I was able to stand it back up and finish the round.
ETA: This was at Metairie CC too, so that made it funnier to me.

I saw this happen at Sherwood one afternoon, kid hit a ball marker/stake that held the rope in place on the driving range. Ricochets and ends up blowing out the huge arse window of the old 19th hole.

Played right tehind a guy at Braithwaite who was playing in white shrimp boots. Then watched him knock the fuq out of the ball straight down the middle of the fairway.

This wasn't funny for me, but my playing partners were cracking up.
I took a full power swing with a 3 iron at BRCC and the ball was resting on an oak tree root that I didn't see. Club broke in half and I fractured my wrist.
