Be there long enough to have had sex with at least one local. I’m up to 44. The west coast is tough because everyone I run into is gay.

I would say you visited if you did something in the state. If you were in an airport or just drove through, you aren't really visiting.

Visited I would say is doing something there, just being there is crossing the border in any vehicle or on foot.

Haha , same for me. I’ve done this route several times. I always try to make sure to have a beer “in Delaware” while passing through. I count it.
Airports alone never count. But most driving likely would.

Agreed. I drove through the entirety of Kansas once, even stopping to sleep, but I wouldn’t consider that much of a visit, and all I can remember was lots and lots and lots of agriculture as far as they eye can see.
