For Father's Day this year I went to Wrigley Field. Not my first trip there, but the first one with my son.

It was one of the single best days I've experienced. While it was 100+ here in Louisiana, it was 72 degrees, beautiful blue skies. Sat in the left-center field bleachers with my son, shared a beer or two or six, and watched the Cubs beat the Braves.

So if I have to pick... I'm saying Wrigley Field on June 18th, 2022.

Bunkie in springtime.

Okay. Once, we got detoured through Bunkie on our semi-annual trip to the Florida panhandle. It was fascinating driving through that town and the surrounding agriculture to get to the 2-lane highway on the east side. Like a trip back in time, reminds me of a small farm town in Oklahoma, it just feels good. We make that detour every time now.

Please tell me more about Bunkie.

San Diego or Salida, Colorado are my 2 favorite places I have been. Phoenixville, Pennsylvania is pretty cool as well.
