Black card for show. Chase Sapphire Reserve is best all around by far. Amex Platinum is good is you travel especially on a specific airline.

I don't understand why someone wouldn't just use a great cash back card like the Amex Blue.

Maybe it's just because I don't travel a lot, but I'd much rather have cash back than points and miles.

Even if you travel a little, premium cards with big sign ups are worth it. It’s a fun game to play. Unless you spend very little, show me a scenario that the premium benefits don’t work out.

There is your answer. If you travel even a little the airline and hotel cards are better
The travel game is waaaaay better valued compared to cash back. I congratulate you for at least using credit cards to get some rewards and not being the Dave Ramsey guy who thinks they are the devils work.
