Gotta go with either Charlotte or ATL. Nashville a close third.

Huntsville, Chattanooga, Charleston, or Wilmington, NC (if you consider that South)

Depends on what the criteria of what you consider the best.

Atlanta and Houston are the only world class Southern cities.

Single and under 30? Atlanta

Things change after that depending on your situation. Married or with kids things change. I’d say smaller towns are the way to go after that.
