Sheriffs/prison owners have a lot of money and power, they know weed being legal would hurt their pockets.

First hash I ever saw/had blew me away. I called it couch glue because I physically could not get off the couch. Scared me a bit.
I don't smoke now and haven't in years. I gave it up because, more often than not, it gave me a terrible headache.
Maybe, with all the different shite to choose from now, it would be different.
