I swear nobody uses their turn signals anymore either. Drives me insane. I don’t have facts to back it up, but the amount of people that consistently use turn signals has to have gone down dramatically compared to just 20-30 years ago.

I’ll never own another vehicle that doesn’t, at minimum, have adaptive cruise control

I don't even know what this is ? I started driving in 1984, an old arse Honda Accord 5 speed. The one and only time I used CC was when I drove my grandmother's Cadillac, I couldn't stand the feel of not being in control. I owned several vehicles since this time and couldn't tell you where the CC was located on any of those vehicles. So needless to say, my wife must not use it either. If it wasn't a standard option on vehicles we could have saved a ton of money over the years. But then again, I loved driving 5 speed manual transmission vehicles of yesteryear.

adaptive cruise control

The ACC on my '15? F150 slammed on the brakes on me while I was doing 70 on TX-6 because I passed a reflective tanker truck (no traffic in my lane for at least a mile.) Never trusted it again.

It's also completely unusable on I-10 between at least San Antonio and New Orleans unless it's the middle of the night.

It’s come a long way in the last decade, brother. Maybe give it another shot
