Not like they were in a rush or were just putting them on to go run outside real quick. Like they make a concerted effort to tuck their jeans completely into their boots. It makes me incredibly angry for some reason.

A requirement of anybody purchasing a cowboy hat should be that they've used a post hole digger and also skinned a catfish in their life before.

Skinning a catfish doesn’t earn a person the right to do shite
Need a cow in the mix to be a “cowboy” in my opinion. If you know the difference in a poly rope VS grass rope and have a favorite lay then maybe you’ve cowboyed.
General rule is:
If you see a straw hat between November and March, it’s fake.
If someone wears a felt between March and November, it better be for a special occasion.

When I was in the field and climbed on equipment especially if we had to crawl in and out of scaffolding, pants were tucked in.
Not many things are worse than getting a pant leg stuck on something while you are on the way down. Gravity works and going down the pant leg catches something and almost cuts a bit off.

My significant others father is in the Texas Rangers hall of fame and is retired from there. He wears a cowboy hat every day of his life, and that is OK.
