The trend I’ve noticed is guys tucking their jeans into their boots now. It’s the dumbest shite I’ve ever seen.

If one ever walks a straight line across a cow pasture, sooner or later, that person is going to just step in it, cow shite. Good reason to tuck pants in boots.

Mud, water, ticks, chiggers, etc. Many reasons I've done it

You won't catch me going to Whataburger looking like that, though.

You obviously don't wear boots. You do this either to keep your jeans from getting wet or because it's hot.

My significant others father is in the Texas Rangers hall of fame and is retired from there. He wears a cowboy hat every day of his life, and that is OK.

What does being a retired baseball player have to do with wearing a cowboy hat?

If you wear a cowboy hat outside of working situations, you’re probably a fricking loser

Why do gay men care so much about what other mean wear?

That's the better question.

I live in Southwest Texas. People wear hats here. Working Cowboys, Ranchhands and regular folk. It is just part of the culture out here. Wearing a cowboy hat, it's just that, a hat. As to the felt/straw thing, I know an old man who wears his gray felt everyday with a white pressed shirt, don't tell him about straw. He is an old retired horseman that wears felt every day.

I said as a general rule frick nuts. You don’t wear a felt when it’s hot outside or a straw when you need to keep your head warm.

I wear a hat on occasion.

If I was single, can’t imagine how much pussy I could pull in that thing at a concert.

I always assumed guys who wore cowboy hats, when not for work, were overcompensating for insecurities, such as little dick syndrome.

Can you teach me how to read minds? I'll pay good money if it works for me as well as it does for you.

I wear a straw cattleman hat instead of a baseball cap when the sun is heavy. Protects more of my face, as well as my ears and neck unlike a ball cap. You know, just like it was designed to do.

Sorry if the straw hat on my head makes you nervous. Please don't breed or vote.

I wore a wide brimmed golf hat horseback riding and cowboy hat mowing the yard. Why? Because they happened to be the closest to the door when I was walking out. Because I don't spend an inordinate amount of time worrying about the message my headwear conveys.
