What is it with beard trend?

It's all over commercials and tv. I recently went to my wife's Grandma's 90th birthday and every single one of the 20 something or 30 something had a beard. EVERY SINGLE ONE!
Did Duck Dynasty cause this? I don't recall it happening before. Weird! Most don't even trim it. Gross

I shaved in may and got an infection the size of a baseball on my neck (still don't know what it was), keeping a beard from now on.

Men have been growing beards for far longer in human history than they have been shaving. Shaving is the trend, beard growth is natural for men who have normal t-levels.

While a beard will make a good looking guy look worse, it also makes ugly dude's look better in some cases
