We've had ours going on two years with no problems.
TechTip- get some descaler and food grade grease off Amazon for when you have to service it. Ours needs descaling about every five weeks. We just regreased the puck and drivescrew this past weekend. Forgot about that maintenance until the carriage assembly started squeaking while it was going through its motions.
