What I learned in 2017:

Self-Care, Self-Love, and Self-Confidence. No one else valued me enough in my life to do so. But *I* value me. I value my voice enough to keep speaking. I value my beliefs enough to keep standing. I value my health enough to keep resting. I value my authority enough to keep fighting. I value my calling enough to keep going. I value my legacy enough to keep living.

Last year, I reached a goal I didn’t realize I needed. To love myself so much, that *I* am the standard for myself. To be able to say that no one can take a seated place in my life unless they love me like *I* love me. To be able to say that no one supports me more than *I* support me, no one believes in me more than *I* believe in me, no one cheers me on more than *I* cheer on myself. No one has more faith in me than I do.
