Yeah, Mass Shooting Tracker started after Sandy Hook and their definition is at least 4 getting wounded (including the gunman). So Obama and Pelosi ran with it.
Kinda backfires though because then most mass shooters end up being black.

We had one in Greenville, SC this summer where like 10-12 people were shot and 2 were killed at a “nightclub.”
It happened in a historically shitty area of town where one overwhelming group of people live. You can figure out why it didn’t make the national news.
