re: What gives you the "ick" on a date?

For me, let's be honest, physical appearance where it just seems physical health is not a priority.

But, more than that, if it feels to me like you're the type to get involved in a lot of interpersonal drama, then that's a sign to me that we don't need to be going on another date.

Sounds like the dog was marking its territory and exerting his dominance over you.

There's a lot of typical icks like the tattoos, extra piercings, the smoking, the bad table etiquette, the bad attitudes, etc., but my biggest ick recently is a month ago, I matched with this girl on hinge, took her out, asked her a bunch of questions about work/family/hobbies/goals/etc. during the date, to act like I'm interested, and yet she wouldn't reciprocate the actions back. She wouldn't ask one single fricking thing about anything going on in my life.

That really pissed me off with her. And idk why but I gave her one more chance and of course it was the same thing. Never hit her up after that and couldn't be happier. Not wasting any more time with someone who doesn't give a shite or isn't interested in me.

Possibly, I just don't like people touching my food. Especially without asking. To each their own though.
