Those are considered full auto as far as the feds are concerned I'm pretty sure.
There is the binary firing system that the Feds have decided is legal. It shoots once on the trigger pull and once on the release of the trigger.

This is an assault rifle.
This is not.
It has nothing to do with how they look or how much ammunition their magazine holds. It has everything to do with how they function.

Well the term was coined by none other than Adolf Hitler himself when he saw the new STG44 demonstration. It was revolutionary at the time in that it combined the auto fire of a sub-machine gun with the range and stopping power of a rifle.

I agree... I know the difference. I am messing around with people because the term assault rifle is stupid and often taken out of context.
