I’ve been asked to send my resume for Director of Leadership and Development at a major construction company nearby that operates as a full-service design-build contracting firm specializing in federal and defense projects.
Other than asking AI, I don’t know what all that entails, so need your help in simple terms.

Probably sit around and coordinate useless "team building" meetings and require the actually getting stuff done employees to go through "diversity" or "ethical practices" training that do nothing but check boxes and waste time
