What does a waiter/waitress do that makes you mad?

And does it cause you to leave a smaller tip?
Seems like I always have to wait for a refill on my pop. I still give a normal tip. I only decrease my tip if the service is bad or I don't see my waiter at all

Doesn't refill drinks even when they walk by and see it empty. Not tipping a cent when I see it..Lazy frickers.

I had a waitress last night that came over to take our drink orders. My wife ordered wine and the waitress said, I can’t bring you alcohol. She then just walked off
