Wait 30 minutes for a table. Service sucks. Waiter makes excuses about being busy. Wonder why business starts dropping off and tips fall.

There's a great restaurant near me. We quit going because they were always out of stuff on their menu. Food items, bar supplies, common beers that every gas station has. I heard the owner complaining about how slow business has been. We haven't been there in over a year.

You got the standard company apology and something to get you back into the restaurant. It's what most people want though I always encourage people to actually address the issue during your visit. People make mistakes. Give them a chance to correct it there for you

Actually if I may I would like to mention some of the things my server does that makes me happy, increases the tip
Greets me with a smile

I hate it when they take my glass to refill it. For fricks sake, bring a pitcher to the table and refill it
