Yep. I actually just switched mine over 6 months ago from the old traditional format to nearly that exact style. Still traditional but more modernized.

I had a service do mine. It has a bunch of key words that the HR programs pick up . 200$ . Worth it just pay them.

No idea honestly. I went with a healthcare specific one, so your case is probably different. Reddit has some recommended ones if you go that route. Really, there's not that much difference between them if I had to guess. It's just a matter of they work on resumes constantly whereas we do it maybe every couple of years or so.
