I work with a girl who callls her live in boyfriend her “partner”. What do you think when you hear this? Do you picture a total beta cuck?

It’s hard to picture a manly man being called this by his woman.

Sounds like her partner is on the LGBQTIABC spectrum

It doesn't bother me and I happily move on with my life without dwelling on it.

It sounds like a sugar daddy / sugar baby relationship.

He provides the cheddar and she’ll do the spread.

She’s a whore if she’s living in sin with her boyfriend.

She’s a progressive 21st century woman if she lives with her partner.

For anyone that is married or at the stage where you are living together, if you aren't treating the relationship as a partnership then you are probably doing something wrong. No problem with that terminology.

Somehow a girl calling her boyfriend her “partner” is gayer than man on man penetration

She maybe be coping for him refusing to marry her. "Partner" sounds more serious than "boyfriend".

Does this mean that I can refer to all of the women that I casually date as associates?

When I met my next door neighbors they introduced each other as their “partner”. They were married and I was like oh shite here we go with these types

Overused term, but completely appropriate here.

People using “partner” in heterosexual relationships is a just an example of homosexual norms becoming the norm. Like butt sex.
