Turn off main and back feed the house. Turn off central air and pull in the portable ac units from the garage. Usually after I do all this the power comes right back on.

Came back on for ~15 minutes, and now back off in a larger area. I'd bet these Entergy guys are sitting in the truck having a good laugh
