How do you handle that. How do you Look her in the eye or even trying to initiate intmacy again?

If a man is using the word
You were already there before whatever incident you came here to cry about

First ,tell your Mom to get out of your room.
Second, ask her if this is why Dad left you?

I guess its the kind of thing that's a permanent boner killer.

You grab your balls and do one of two things: 1. You set the fricking line in the sand and tell her she will respect it or 2. You leave.
People you have been with for a long time can change and stop respecting you. It’s your job to respect yourself.

In your case, ask her to strap one on and buttfrick it out of you.

That's funny.
I had a similar, but not exact, experience last fall with my wife.
CSB.
My wife is very fit and a workout junky. She does weights, cardio, yoga, pilates, and swims every week. Not a day goes by that she doesn't do something.
I used to lift, raced bicycles for over 20 years, and now play pickleball 4-6 times a week. Needless to say, I don't look nearly as fit as she does. She eats a lot cleaner than me too.
She planned a trip to the east coast last fall to see the turning leaves and do a bunch of hiking. She used Chat GPT to plan the trip and told me all I needed to do was pack my suitcase.
We get to our cottage and unpack and she tells me the hike in the morning is 2.5 miles up to the top one of the nearby peaks of the White Mountains. I asked her what the average hike time was and she said "on average people take 6 to 8 hours to hike up and back down."
I said "wait, 6+ hours to hike 5 miles? That's a steepass trail! Are you sure?" She started scoffing and telling me I was just a wimp and not in as good a shape as she was.
Fine, the guy who was a boyscout for years and went on a ton of hikes, was a hunter that hiked all over the swamps, a guy who raced mountainbikes and has a pretty good understanding about travelling in nature, doesn't know what he's talking about. OK, we'll see.
The next morning we get to the trail head and start. The trail leaves the parking lot and goes straight fricking UP. It's basically one large box step after another. We take off up it, with me in the lead. I'm also carrying a pack with all our water and food in it. She's carrying her phone. Within 15 minutes I notice I'm leaving her behind. Did I mention I also played soccer from 3rd grade through college? So I've got leg muscles for days. She starts huffing and puffing. Then she's complaining about her hip hurting. Then it's her knee too. I'm stoic. Just Billygoat Gruff up the trail. Finally at around 2 miles, with several stops for her to rest, and her shedding her jacket which is now also in my pack, she admits that she needed to turn around. I could have rubbed it in, but that's not my way. So we headed down. I destroyed all the miniscus in my right knee playing soccer so down was slower for me than up. But I still zipped down compared to her.
At the bottom she admitted that I was right and we looked at the other hikes she had planned for each day and made some major adjustments.
Soooo, I guess my answer is, don't let them emasculate you.

It was angles landing in Zion NP wasn't it? I took my wife on it on our first date...
Eta: I got her all the way to the top by saying "And this is where my ex turned around..." She has since told me, "I wasn't quitting for anything after you said that..."
For those not familiar...

Youre absolutely right! That was it. My wife's friends with him also and she knew that story but I had never heard it. Well we went to Vegas a few years ago and were debating Angel's Landing or The Narrows for our Zion day trip and she then told me that story. Obviously she didnt want to do AL after hearing all that so we did The Narrows instead.

I would not make MrGRT do that either. If I kick the bucket tomorrow, he might find someone else.

I went there with my wife 2 years ago. We got to the scary part of the hike with both of us intending to go. My wife balked first and didn't even get close to the start. I said I'd give it a try and be careful. I got about 20 feet into it, realized I had 3 kids at home, and this was a terrible idea.
Also, for the OP, good choice on the Narrows. We went in July when it was 115 that day. Hiking the narrows in that cold water was probably the most enjoyable hike I have ever been on.
