I almost told you to go screw yourself because you mentioned AM, then I saw it was you

I heavily considered the service academies.

Everything worked out like it was supposed to.

I only applied to Ole Miss, LSU, and Alabama, got accepted to all 3, but I always knew I was going to Ole Miss. Wasn’t really a tough decision.

it's silly how badly I wanted to go to Ole Miss in high school. I just grew up around LSU, and after going to games in Oxford I wanted on board. I applied to those two, plus Alabama and Arkansas.

In hindsight I wish I would have broadened my horizons and applied to a few different schools. I enjoyed LSU but certainly would have done better going OOS. I understand my parents' reluctance given overall the four schools are all very, very similar

Tulane and Mississippi State (I had multiple family members attend before me).

Wound up at LSU as it was 80 miles from home. Far enough away, but not too far. Also, I was chasing the scent of a woman who allowed me to have relations with her on an extremely frequent basis. Ah, your priorities at 18.

I was going to enroll at JSU because my family is in Gadsden just 30 minutes or so away from campus. My dad convinced me to go to Alabama though and I am thankful that he did. I got to attend games while Mike Dubose was coach.

Out of high school I almost went to
Ole Miss
LSU
Texas Tech

...

I did pretty poorly in high school.

I stuck it out at community college because I wanted to go to UT. That didn't work out so well.

Looking to transfer pretty soon, not sure where to.
