Look, I know where you are coming from. My mom died from breast cancer way too young and she was fit as a fiddle...ran her own palidas shop.

So there's worry that if not enough folks are vaccinated that's another bug we have to worry about.
There is A LOT more to worry about than COVID for the immunocompromised people. A LOT. In fact I'd be worried more about bacterial infections than viral infections if I were immunocompromised. But that's just me.

My main reason is the clown world disinformation and fear mongering tactics that I started taking notice of in March 2020. Every second of every day was lies, gaslighting, inconsistencies, low IQ fear tactics etc. Couple that with an emergency "good enough approval" vaccine and like Pippen in the '94 playoffs, I'll sit this one out.

Evidently, the vaccine does not make you magnetic. That is a deal breaker for me.
When the gov uploads the super soldier upgrade to the mind chip though...

It's recommended because the science still isn't settled on how long the antibodies last.
Covid and Sars Covid are very close (might be that Covid was created in a lab from Sars Covid).
People that had Sars Covid 10-15 years ago are still immune from contracting the virus. T-cells protect the body more than antibodies and will always be there.

yeah , i know it's not a state but, saying low iq leads to not vaccinating doesn't hold up when nola has 60%
Sure it does, Louisiana is at 33% as an entity. If you’re using the example of the dumbest area, that you can think of, leading the charge in vaccination rates let’s ponder how dumb the entire state really is.

I'm waiting on more free stuff.

My HCP and I discussed it and she advised that I wait as I have one comorbidity and that’s being 51.

Trump said not to worry, there were only 15 cases and they would all be gone by summer. Besides we have the hydroxychloroquine that is cheap to use for us common folks while he can use the good stuff, remdesiver. In a pinch, we can look into using bleach.
Trump would not lie would he?

You worry about everything, my point is one less worry would be nice.

That's tragic. So sorry to hear that, even if years later.

Theae answers have helped me understand more on why people are hesitant to it, thanks for the responses.
I can understand not wanting to get it yet if youve already had covid,

My MIL has survived breast cancer and a kidney transplant. She is on immuno depressants, so her body won't up and reject the kidney. She had the China Flu and was sent home with antibiotics (to keep a secondary infection from creeping in) and tylenol. She was weak for about a week and then pretty much normal.

I’m lazy, if they came to my house I might consider it.

That sounds like a terrible situation, and prayers for her recovery, but why single out COVID?
Do you also post about people not getting the fu vaccine? Are those people ostracized in your mind? There is much more evidence for the safety of the flu vaccine, so hesitancy should be much lower for it and yet only a small fraction of people every year get their flu shot
