I had sketchup downloaded on my tablet and used it for a while and might've deleted it, not sure. Sketchup 2019 now only gives you a 30 day window to use it, and you cant download Sketchup free anymore.

What are you using that is downloadable and free to draw your projects?

Idk wtf you’re talking about but the amount of times you said sketchup in one sentence definitely makes me think this is a paid advertisement for sketchup

Try OnShape. It’s a free web based 3D modeler. From the former CEO of SolidWorks so it has a lot of the same functionality

I just use AutoCAD, never got into the 3D stuff, which is a shame looking back.

Now I hardly ever design or draw anything anymore.

Onshape hands down is the best for hobby.

I pay for it but I assume it’s still free as long as you don’t mind making your models public.

Any good tutorials out there? I have access to the full version, but don't even have it downloaded because I never use it and never learned it. It would be a great thing to pick up when I have time.

once you get the hang of the environment and the rules its pretty easy to learn, and i just reference the book when i get stuck. also, no matter what your question is, there's a video on youtube that addresses it
