I get cabin fever quick, I’ve already decided to get out a couple hours ago, just because I cannot just sit here.
Now we cooking.
Kids making homemade cookies, wife making a roast, got a pot of red beans on the stove.
Wife made breakfast this morning

Started last night. Made a roast last night, then put it in the fridge. Made pancakes for the kids this morning, then grits and pork grillades for breakfast. Sliced the roast for sandwiches, then made banana bread from scratch. I was told to stop so I can stop heating the house up.

Just stuffed a hen with green onion sausage (I make), mushrooms, Red onion, sun dried tomatoes and threw it in the big magnalite pot in the oven. In a few hours We’ll either have dinner or an uncooked hen that I have to finish on the range
