I’m in Iowa and my mom wants to do the cooking, so we sill have a dried out roast beef that I will load up with a few ladles of gravy to rehydrate it. Probably some green beans cooked super soft, some soupy mashed potatoes.

We're having over 20 people coming over for dinner, so nothing too expensive per plate.

My responsibility is smoking a brisket, 2 turkey breasts and Texas Twinkies. I have no clue about sides or dessert.
