What are the most preventable traffic obstacles in BR that are caused by idiots

1. McDonalds on Perkins and College at the traffic light and dummies who let them out while light turns green.

When people try to turn left out of Acadian Place Plaza from that exit across the street from Cloverdale Ave. I've seen so many close calls, and often the idiots who let them in don't realize that they just sit in the middle of the left-most lane to try and merge onto Perkins going away from Acadian/Stanford intersection. So frustrating.

People who think they know better than the traffic control devices and stop traffic to let someone out. Then person being let out isn't paying attention and takes forever to go. Causing everyone, except the two frickers who held up traffic, to miss the next light. Let the system work and just drive your fricking car.
This shite is also prevalent when it is just the car letting the guy out and me on the road. Pass him by and he can go in two seconds. You don't need to stop to let him out. I am talking to you frickers that live in the subdivisions off Highland Road that I have to deal with every day on the way to work.

Let me also point out the idiot who stops in somewhat of a jam at Bluebonnet near Hyacinth. Then he/she decides to let 12 vehicles turn right onto Perkins from Hyacinth. And then...right back where we were.
Also eat a dick to anyone who stops 3 car lengths behind another car and begins texting and not realizing they're the cause of someone not being able to get onto the right turning lane.

Convenience stores on every corner where left turning motorists block the turning lane. See southbound college at corporate.
Multiple way stop signs with no line for stopping. No one know where to stop and no one knows who stopped first. See valley at bawell.

1) The ramp to get to the mall from the I-10 service road, going eastbound... Everyone stops because they think its a merge, when you have your own fricking lane. The sign CLEARLY says as much. I love just laying on my horn for a solid 15-20 seconds or so, while they get pissed off, only to realize they were the dumbass for not going the entire time.
2) About once every other week there is a fricking train just parked near downtown BR at 5PM, so that everyone leaving downtown has to get on the interstate or take North Blvd.

I mean they’ve only been up for over a decade. It’s mind boggling how every day I tend to get behind someone who refuses to fricking go or pull up to the sensor and just sits there on the on ramp for a solid 30 seconds.
