What do the richest people in your city or town do for a living? How much do they make yearly? Besides the people that inherited a frick ton of money.

You are asking two different questions, who is the richest would refer to net worth, and is not exactly tied to income, they could have been very successful with investments, growing a business etc. Having a very high annual income doesn't always translate into long term wealth, a lot of people simply spend it all, or make poor investment choices. The richest person I know got that way building a business over 30 years and selling it, but he had a modest income over that 30 years. The person I know with the highest annual income is a neurosurgeon, but his net worth is less than that of the former business owner.

1. They work more than 2000 hours

They all claim it, but what is the motivation for mgmt to pay 1.5 to EVERYONE when there's a line 3 states long trying to get an operator position?

"Oh hey, there was an explosion and the opperator responsible was working his 60th hour of the week." I'm sure that will go over well in the negligence lawsuit.

There isn’t an operator where I work that doesn’t make at least $100k/year.

what's the entry level hourly and what's the cap?

The cap from two sources have been posted amd its just over 40. At 33/hour you'd have to work 54 hours every week to just hit 100k.

A 'regular' expectation to work 35% over what you were scheduled.

Stop worrying what that site says. It’s not realistic.

Yeah man, thr department of labor has no idea what they are talking about. Let's just trust a bunch of dudes with GED's having a dick measuring contest about how much they make.
