What are the coolest American cities to visit?

Got free hotel points and trying to see some cities I would move to in future . Brewery and live music a plus .Also looking for good scenes with single hot women

So far I've put down
Charleston
Asheville maybe
Nashville
San diego
Las Vegas
San Francisco
Omaha
Greenville
Lexington

Should definitely add somewhere in the Northwest. Seattle or the like.
