For me the best is delicious crawfish and quality family time.

The worst is clean up afterwards and your house smelling like seafood for a day or two.

It’s one of the best outdoor eating experiences, and when the weather is good the whole experience is magical.

Worst is Cleanup, puffy fingers, bad sleep, gout attack (for some)

Worst is how much work you put in to get full and how bad your stomach feels upon getting full.

Never go to Lowe’s after a crawfish boil for the sake of others.

Nah.
Just wait and see. Generally any crawfish thread brings about a bunch of haters who complain about thr price and tell us how much they prefer other food.

Boils are about friends and family and good times.

Family/Friends Crawfish Boils are great, everybody enjoying themselves

I went to one in Texas with some colleagues and the dudes all stood around the pot telling the cook what to do. Absolute shite show.

I love them.
The best part is when you get invited to one where someone else is boiling the crawfish.

The bad part is that the crawfish are good only for about 3 months out of the year.

Best: It makes beer sipping really enjoyable. Beer and Crawfish complement eachother really well especially on a nice sunny day.

Worst: the extra TP you may need to the next day

The cost to host one. The crawfish, spices, extras that are thrown in, beer, ice, etc will run up some cost really quickly
