Boarding passes on phone.
I never do paper passes unless mandated. Always use my phone so much more convenient and saves 10 minutes.

Food delivery - even before DoorDash I have always worried about the cleanliness of the vehicles used for the delivery.
Smartwatches - had one for a while but became annoyed with the notifications.
Amazon Prime - don’t buy enough from the to make it worth the cost
Social media phone apps - found they were too much of a time waster. I will periodically get on my desktop to check.
Paid streaming services - just not worth it. Mainly watch YouTube (connected to a third world country VPN so I don’t get ads) and MLB.tv (free with my T-Mobile account).

Unlimited internet data. Either on my phone or at home.

I had enough rewards to get a free side, so I ordered Dominoes today.
I gave the person at the pickup window a dollar. I worked as a server at Ruby Tuesday back in the day. I was posting on here at the time (before I got the decade ban).
I had to work the carryout occasionally. I appreciated when somebody gave me a tip. If I can brighten someone's day with a buck, I'm going to do it.

iPad…it’s like the worst of both worlds between a laptop and an iphone. Less convenient than a phone and less useful than a laptop.

Explain why you want to physically check in and carry around a piece of paper?
I prefer a paper boarding pass as well, and this is why: I often buy books in the airport to read on the plane. I use my boarding pass as a bookmark. I sometimes re-read books years later. When I do, I inevitably find that boarding pass and it brings back memories of that vacation.

Grocery Store/Pick-up Delivery. I actually like going to the store.
I'll never understand going into the grocery store parking lot and having it delivered to your car.

I have never bought anything on Amazon. I have bought maybe 5 things total online.

The already mentioned food delivery services and smart watch and I will add lawn service.

Pretty much sums me up in three simple sentences. I'm retired and lead a pretty simple life and am perfectly content doing so.

DD offers 60% off all the time at Aldi. It’s LITERALLY cheaper to DD than to go to the store

How so?

Oh yeah, the “goober” comment, and the rant about $6 coffee clearly indicate that he’s just someone at peace.

Smart watches have never appealed to me
Same here, I can’t stand them.
I like the classic black face military watches, it does what a watch is supposed to do.. tell time and that’s it.

Up until very recently I was the same with food delivery. With two kids I have now done it twice when hungover and traveling.
When I’m hungover I just send the kids to Sonic for me.

I’ve hated jewelry my entire life. I can’t wear watches, chains, rings, etc. It just gets in my way.

Walmart curbside. These people that order pick up have now ruined it for people that wanna park close to the door to go get their own groceries. There are no spots within 10 or 15 rows of the front door now because of handicap and curbside pick up. It’s like they just asked the people that wanna go and shop like you’re supposed to!
